Terms of service

itnary is a platform for planning and booking family trips to Israel. The activities, meals, rides and stays you book are provided by independent businesses (“suppliers”); itnary sells them on their behalf.

• Prices are in US dollars and are the total for the travelers on your trip, including any service fee shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card is authorized at checkout; each item is charged only once its supplier confirms it.
• Items a supplier does not confirm are released and not charged.
• Nothing is sold or charged on Shabbos or Yom Tov, Israel time.

Each item shows its cancellation policy before you book. Free cancellation runs until the deadline shown — moved earlier to candle lighting when it would fall on Shabbos or Yom Tov. If a supplier cancels, you get a full refund. See Shabbos & Yom Tov for how deadlines are set.

We filter places by the standards you set and the information suppliers and certifying agencies give us, and we check certificates we receive. Kashrus and other halachic decisions remain yours; when in doubt, ask your rav and the establishment.

Our kashrus badges are our own and show the agency's name, the level and whether we checked the certificate. Kashrus logos are the property of their agencies and are shown to identify the certification; showing one is not an endorsement of itnary by that agency.

Only travelers who used a booking can review it. Reviews must be honest and must not contain personal details; we moderate reports.

Where EU or UK package-travel rules apply to a combination of services booked together, you have the protections those rules give. Details of our liability, insurance and seller-of-travel registrations will be added after legal review.
