Accessibility
Accessibility statement
We want every family to be able to plan their trip — with a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader or a phone.
Our goal
itnary aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the customer site, the supplier portal and our back office.
What we do
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring. A “Skip to content” link is the first stop on every page.
- Drag and drop in the planner always has a button alternative: Add on every suggestion, and Move to… on every stop to choose another day and time slot.
- Text and controls meet AA colour contrast; status is never shown by colour alone.
- Pages use headings, landmarks and labelled form fields; images have text alternatives.
- Animations are switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Layouts work from 375 px wide phones up, without sideways scrolling.
- The supplier portal works right-to-left in Hebrew.
- We test every release automatically with axe and by hand with a keyboard.
Known limitations
- The map itself is visual. Everything on it — stops, routes, suggestions — is also listed as text in the planner.
- Card payment fields are provided by Stripe in a secure frame.
